Very professional and understanding staff here at Skyvue apartments they are able to work with me and are very accommodating! Lived here since last September and havenât had any problems. If you’re looking for an affordable place that’s easy and fast to move in to, look no further. I’ve been able to submit all paper work necessary and ask any questions via email over the past two weeks and I move in this week. They respond within a few minutes of your email and are willing to work with you. It’s be a super easy process, and the place itself is very affordable and in a convenient location.

I toured the community this week and they have different types of units to show, both renovated and classic, giving you the option to have a pick at your new home. The office management were very welcoming and informative and make sure they understand what you are looking for. They didn't have any one bedrooms available, but we'll make sure to come back and lease with them!

Love love love management. Iv lived at multiple apartments under the same management and never had a problem. Iv lived at Morgan manor for Two years until different management took over . Then i found skyvue apartments and immediately applied. Iv been at sky Vue for 4 months and i honestly had no complaints. They fix maintenance orders fast and are quick to reply . Iâm always busy so i never have time to call however Raul replyâs to my emails ASAP. Lay outs are good size and no carpet is a big plus. Humble and a great place to live ! Thank you management !

I just want to speak on the management of SkyVue, they are absolutely amazing. Most importantly Roel Cardenas, From the moment that I took an interest in these apartments he was so helpful. He got me in immediately with no hestitations. He asked me how soon I wanted to move in I literally said â shoot if I can move in tomorrow I will â and he made that happen. Thank you Roel!!!! I guess by living here, going on 2 years says alot from a tenant! I hate moving but, there was no sense in moving! Skyvue apts are getting better month by month! In the summer we have 3 swimming pools, the basketball court & even 2 dog areas for your family animals! We have a kids play area & a work out room. It might seem alittle old school ,but that's how I like it! It's the closest apt. complex close to, La Cantera, The Rim & II10, 1604, UTSA & Fiesta Texas! Last but not least we have the best prices from surrounding areas! Don't take my word for all our amenities, come take a look, and I guarantee you'll consider this your home!

Great location with beautiful views. Maintenance comes quickly. Upgrades are being made continuously. Quiet and peaceful. A big plus is that electric is included in the rent. AT&T fiber internet and Spectrum are both available in this area. Close to CVS, UTSA, Subway, Mc Donald's, Whataburger,Tina"s Tacos, gas station, Bill Millers, La Cantera Mall and Six Flags.

Honestly the apartment complex has gotten a lot better since I moved in about a year ago. Management has really stepped up their game too, always helpful, friendly and fairly quick when something needs to be done. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the area. ð

I'm so happy they have taken over and have done a great job. I now have hot water every time. All in all it's a good place to live. I just wish they had 3 bedrooms I'd stay 3 more years. The staff is great. Maintenance is good. Grouds are clean, pools are nice.

This apartment housing is 5-8 minutes walking to UTSA. 3 minutes to shuttle. I would say it's best for it's breathtaking view. The new management takes maintenance request seriously and issues usually get solved within a day.

I've lived here >2 years and thanks to the new property management (Jay in particular) I would not move out. Skyvue was not managed well by the old company, but Sylis and Jay (assistant manager) completely turned the property around when they took over ~1 year ago. I used to want to move out, but with Jay at the helm, I feel lucky to have a place here, and here's why. In the time they've been here, they have installed everyone a nice new toilet, upgraded interior lighting for everyone, fixed the water pipes, the parking lot, managed parking better, improved landscaping, groundskeeping, pest control, the electricity, air conditioning, fixed the access gates, installed nice exterior lights, etc.! They got rid of all the bad, nasty tenants, and are moving in nothing but good & respectful neighbors. Each morning property management picks up any trash from the grounds. I could go on and on, but I guess I'll sum it up by saying Jay and the rest of his property management team are rockstars at what they do, and under their management my quality of life continually improves. Thank you!!!

First, I would like to thank Roel at the leasing office for making the process quick and informative. He was on top of everything and made it very easy despite my hectic work schedule. The new renovations on the units are beautifulâ¦ nice light fixtures , gray ash wood flooring, black on black appliances â¦overall great place with great amenities. Once I finalized the paperwork I knew I made the right choice to make SkyVue home. They are still in the process of renovating the whole complex and I look forward to seeing the upgrades.

Love this apartment complex! The staff is amazing very well communicated l with the residents. Any work orders that get to them very quick and the maintenance guys are the most nicest guys you can see every morning. Over all I love living here the only thing that they can do better would be, parking please repaint the lines because seems like the people by building 20 canât see them anymore and itâs causing Horrible parking skills. Also I havenât seen a curtesy officer yet, not that we need one but would be nice.

Hello everyone my name is jake carrasco and I want to share with you about my experience living here for the past 2 months. I honestly want to say that this is my first experience living in this apartments and itâs a good experience. First of all whenever I had a issue within living here I always go to Jay. Jay is an assistant management for SKYVUE and he always on point for helping attendants. He made my first apartment experience a good experience and always made sure I am living in a good home. Second of all I want to give the maintenance people a good shout out. These workers work extremely hard to make sure we meet our comfortable qualified needs. They always step up to the plate and know their stuff when helping us with a broken ac or a light fixture. They are the heart and soul of this place. If it wasnât for them hustling and moving if wouldnât be comfortable. Although this is a good first experience and I am proud to live within everyone else experience as well. Thank you sincerely.

My family and I have lived here for 3 years now. We have seen ownership change i think 2 or 3 times. The current management of the complex is really doing their best. When I first moved in the gate did not work and stayed that way for 2 years. As soon as this new team came around it was something that was taken care of in a timely manner. After fixing other things in the complex first like parking, water pipes and the grounds in general. This team also responds to you really fast when you need to speak with someone or put in a work order. Over all this team has been amazing and I hope they stick around. Moved to skyvue, which is under new management, six months ago and I can say it was a good decision. The staff are always kind and helpful; when one of my appliances stopped working it was replaced the next day. Also, the apartments are in a great location: up the road from UTSA, across from an elementary school, and walking distance from several restaurants.

A new company took over at the beginning of the year and its been taking time but they have been working on fixing so many things that were wrong for years. While there are issues that are not totally fixed yet I was happy enough to sign another year lease. When presented issues have been dealt with promptly and answers have been supplied when requested.

Last year I read the reviews for this place and they were not so good. About a month ago I read them again and saw many positive reviews due to the new management so I decided to give them a shot because the location is very close to UTSA. Jay and Roel have been very helpful and respectful, and made my move in experience very smooth and efficient. I'm excited for my new journey, and I look forward to the subsequent improvements that will be made under this new management.

Since the new management took over we have seen great improvement with the complex. Maintenance is so much better and are quick to fix the issues. The pools are no longer green and the grounds are kept clean, the gates are now in working order which makes it feel alot safer. We have been here for over two years and by far the last year has been much better. The management and office staff are wonderful, if there are issues that arise they do everything in their power to take care of it. Definitely a 1000% upgrade.

The office staff is very attentive , understanding, helpful . I love my apartment, the view from my balcony over looks the hill country an its beautiful. I can enjoy the fireworks on a nice night coming from 6 flags. Apartments are located in a great area also. I am close to everything stores,restaurants, bars,shopping malls,etc., Thank you! Skyview is the best place I've lived in since 2 yrs ago! They have 3 pools, a work out room , barbque grills and a playground! I've enjoyed the price for the room in apt. Very spacious & the kitchen is fully loaded,the bathroom has privacy,the living room is big & even has an area for a table. I just enjoy living here & refer these apts. to anyone!

The manager Tony will literally do all he can to make sure that youâre happy. Anytime I have a problem I give him a call and heâs so quick to fix it. All the other staff members are super friendly and easy to talk to as well. Iâd recommend this place to any of my friends. My only complaint would be the the incline to get to my apartment, but thatâs just me being lazy.

First and foremost Eliana made my move in process SUPER easy and took so much stress off of me! New to the area and loving it. Had a few minor things that needed to be fixed and the maintenance took care of everything SOON AS I LET THEM KNW! Five stars for Jose heâs BOMB! Very kind & professional. Looking fwrd to my stay at Skyvue hearing lots of good things. The new staff is definitely turning the place around and hoping Eliana receives her management position because I honestly think she is great for the job! NEAT, CLEAN & VERY SPACIOUS apartments! Sky Vue Apartmens took all the stress away from last Minute Relocation situation. Move in Ready units, Recent Remodeling and up to date appliances. Has variety of term length leases available. The Staff In the office offer great customer service and Local Knowledge for anyone not from San Antonio. The only bad thing was the weight I gained from the fresh baked cookies they serve on a daily basis ð¤£

After searching for some time I came across these nice conveniently located apartments. At first it was just a regular walk through, I wasnât expecting to find a unit that was perfect for me but Eliana made that happen. She was so nice to give me a tour and show me more than a couple units to choose from. Her customer service was great and her whole team was very welcoming. Definitely a place I can see myself living in. The best part is that it is located next to so many places, I donât have to drive across town to get groceries or find an outfit everything is within 10mins or less. Well we found a unit I loved which is also very affordable & She made the process so easy and made sure to answer all my questions and explain all details. Overall I am completely satisfied with my experience, & proud to be a resident at SkyVue.

I loooove the manager (Tony)and his team(Sonia) they are super helpful and informative..The property is super affordable and they work really hard and fast to get you in..I needed a place because i had been sleeping in hotels since i got in from Michigan on Thursday and here we are Monday this morning i had a place..Tony didnt have to be so attentive or focused but he was and is and for that i am grateful..The property is also gorgeous and beautifully renovated..I don't think ill ever move!!!!ðð

However, I made it a point to go and talk to the new manager and tell them I wasnât paying outrageous fees for their mistakes. The new manager was able to locate my notice I had written and called her corporate to make sure it would be honored. Thank God this new manager knows what sheâs doing and coming through! Good changes will come with her there!!

I was skeptical to move here but I am so happy that I did. I had friends who lived here 2 years ago and this place was a mess! BUT now it's sooo different. Dee and Amanda took their time to show me around. My son loves the playground!! The dog park could use a few ramps but it does have a table to sit down on while the dogs run around. The pool fountain is beautiful and I love how clean the laundry rooms are. If you want an affordable place by La Cantera you should check this out. It's amazing how different this place is now.
