What is your pet policy and pet fees?

$400 pet fee non refundable per pet and $25 pet rent per month (breed and weight restrictions) 

What do you need to rent an apartment?

Security Deposit: $200.00-$600.00
Application Fee: $100.00 per adult over 18 years of age
Our Requirements: No Broken Leases [less than 3 years old], No Evictions, No Drug or violence Related Misdemeanors, No Felony Record in the last 30 years, Income must be 2.5 times the rent

What do I need to bring at lease signing?

2 Forms of I.D per adult that will reside in the apartment
Social Security Card
4 Most Recent Paystubs / or Any Form of Income (i.e. Award Letter (SSI)) that proves income as at least twice the rent
Application Fee in a Money Order

What lease terms are offered?

We offer 6 & 12 Month Leases.

How much will I need to move in?

The total move in cost will vary depending on unit size, number of applicants & pro-rated rent amount.

What utilities are included?

No utilities are included.

What's your pet policy?

Pets are very welcome, however must fall under the following criteria. Max of two pets per household. Pets cannot exceed 35lb. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. All animals must be approved by management prior to residency.

What is your guest policy?

As per the TAA lease agreement; Individuals not listed on the lease agreement are not allowed to stay in the apartment for more than 3 days in one week without our prior written consent, and no more than twice that many days in any one month.

Do you require renters insurance?

Renters insurance is not required, but strongly recommended by the management team.

What forms of payments are accepted?

Rent & utilities can be paid via money order or check directly at the leasing office or online through our resident portal.

How can I submit a work order? After hours emergencies?

Work orders can be submitted via email, telephone or through the online portal. We also have 24/7 on call maintenance for all non life threatening after hour emergencies.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Yes, via bus stop, Route 660

How often does rent increase & by how much?

Rental increases will depend on market rent & will only increase at time of renewal & never mid-lease.

How is parking?

Parking is first come first serve, however, reserving a spot is always an option for an additional monthly charge of $25.

Any plans on building upgrades/renovations?

We are now under new ownership & management. The property is also currently under-going renovations at this moment.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

You are provided the option in paying the early termination fee of $2,500 for ending your agreement prematurely.
